Despite the fact that period and weight lifting being the best exercises that get rid of fat, sometimes you may get tired because of the recurring design. ReplyDeleteThese are great ways to exercise. You always want to use muscle confusion for the most effective ways to gain muscle. Make sure you are doing a variety of different exercises for the same body part and really working the muscle to exhaustion.

Swimming is the very good exercise. But not all person can be swim include me. Heh. So, i think, if i want burn a fat, the good solution is jogging or play anything sport like badminton, ping pong or many more.

As an bodybuilding, great info, right on target. Swimming and stairs in my option are your best bets. Swimming is good if your injury prone, or have joint issues. It is low impact and high intensity.
